- files can't be processed from these states: Colorado, Oregon, Washington state, D.C. or Florida.
- claimant must be the last legal possessor of the property at the time of foreclosure. property cannot be sold or transferred between notice of foreclosure and time of sale.
- we are unable to submit files under 15k.
